Krivenko: In 2013, Ukraine has bought for $ 15.5 billion more than sold. And then people think why the exchange rate is so high
The priority now must be to create working places in
According to MP from the association "Samopomіch," the deputy head of the Budget Committee of the Verkhovna Rada Viktor Krivenko, now needs the money, but there won't be much use of external foreign currency loans - anyway it will be "eaten away". Krivenko said this in a commentary to the "Gordon" .
"Money will be given, and it is necessary, but we will waste them. Therefore, the key issue is that we should stop borrowing money for eating away and finally begin to use it for the development," - said the MP.
According to him, in order to invest money into development, it is necessary to formulate priority activities and tools by which it will be supported.
"We come here again with an outstretched hand:" Give! "But we should come and say," Here we have four types of activities: engineering, manufacturing, wood, grain processing. Give us for development. "One ton of grain, which we export as a raw material costs $ 200-250, recycled ton - $ 600. $ 400 can be left for ," - Krivenko added.
He noted that only from grain can be produced about 40 kinds of products, 20 of wich are stock market products that can be traded, and it means - hundreds or even thousands of working places.
"We export round timber. Why? Can't we produce a paper? We can. The Mondi company (an international company for the production of paper and packaging. -" Gordon ") stood idle for a year. 1 billion 200 million investment was not allowed, because it is profitable to steal $ 20 on round timber. When everything is transparent, there is a hole in the balance of payments. in 2013, we bought for $ 15.5 billion more than we sold. And then people think, why an exchange rate is so high, and everything else, "- concluded the deputy head of the Budget Committee of the Verkhovna Rada.
According to Krivenko, Ukraine needs a development bank, and the Fund for Small Business, however, expert noted that in the field of real production or processing, and not in trade or construction, as it has been before.
"We need to bring cheap funds to the real sector, which will create working places. There are six million of unemployed Ukrainians abroad, and another two million - within the state. The priority now must be to create jobs, but we unfortunately do not see the real work of the government in this direction. Instead, there is – "give us money because we have the cash gap and a hole in the budget," - the politician said.
