The Former Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Vladimir Ogryzko does not rule out that the terrorists in Donbass will receive an order and break all the arrangements within an hour.

The Ukrainian diplomat Vladimir Ogryzko, commenting the arrangements achieved at the negotiations in Minsk to the GORDON recollected the saying that an agreement with Russia is not worth the paper it is written on.

"We know that the signed document is not even worth the paper it is signed on for Russia. I personally have no certainty that this all will be implemented because, if necessary, these terrorists and bandits will receive an order and break all arrangements within an hour," Ogryzko believes.

"Therefore, these arrangements are very conditional. If we read what they write, the key question of control over the border is postpones until late 2015, so this banditry will continue for almost a year. It is great optimism to think that all parties will observe everything under such conditions," the ex-minister added.
