Negotiations are carried on regarding the issues that are important but not key to settling the crisis in Donbass, the Ukrainian diplomat Vladimir Ogryzko stated.

Formally, the Norman four (Ukraine, Russia, Germany, and France.  GORDON) has reached certain results in negotiations regarding the situation in the east of Ukraine, however, these arrangements will hardly be observed. This opinion was expressed to the GORDON by the Ukrainian diplomat and ex-Minister of Foreign Affairs Vladimir Ogryzko.

"I can hardly imagine how it will be implemented because Lavrov makes agreements, forgets about them two minutes later and turns everything around as he wishes. Will it yield any results? Honestly speaking, I doubt it," Ogryzko noted.

According to him, these are just partial settlement arrangements. "They agreed on one issue, and what about the other eleven? Why do we carry on negotiations regarding the issues that are important but not key to settling the crisis? Why do not we negotiate the issue of control over the Russian-Ukrainian border, but publicly record occupation of the Ukrainian territory? I am afraid that it may seem nice, but we are very far from settling the conflict," the diplomat considers.
