Kikhtenko: Donbass needs the special relations both with Russia, and with the EU G

According to the head of Donetsk region Aleksander Kikhtenko, in the territory under control of guerillas there are 60% of the municipal enterprises of Donbass, therefore for the region the economic model is necessary. He declared it in the comment to GORDON .

"The status of a free economic zone is positive. I will provide such an example: today in the economic relations with the enterprises which are in the occupied territory, everything is closely bound – both a power system, and all industrial facilities: mines, water supply, power supply, provision of heat. It mustn't be destroyed. 60% of the municipal enterprises of Donbass are in the territory under control to guerillass, but they work even for the need of the territory that we control",–Kikhtenko considers.

"It is difficult for me to predict whether the free economic zone will work at Donbass, but special economic conditions on Donbass have the right for life. Today inhabitants of Donbass have a non-standard situation. It's not peaceful life, but the life in the conditions of military operations, and even during these military operations the enterprises which pay taxes in the state treasury of Ukraine continue working. Experts need to make the decision on such zone deliberately, so that there was no populism but advantage. Donbass needs the special relations both with Russia, and with the EU. These relations never stopped, they proceed, even with Russia",–the head of Donetsk OGA added.
