The economist Slava Rabinovich believes that the probability of a war between Russia and the NATO is very low as the defeat of Russia is pre-determined in such a conflict.

The investment banker and economist Slava Rabinovich believes that the West will further adopt a policy of ignoring and blockade towards Russia. He stated it in the comment to the " GORDON ".

"It seems to me that, under the circumstances, the West will take steps that will be called "ignoring and blockade" and no others. Russia is a non-contractual country. I do not think that there is a country that would come to the negotiating table with Russia with regard to Ukraine in terms of peace measures, trade, etc. I think that Russia cut off its contractual positions quite a long time ago, which was de facto demonstrated in pubic in Australia," Rabinovich suggests.

"Everything may happen after Australia, but I cannot imagine against whom Putin can fight. A war against the NATO? It will finish within five minutes, and the outcome will not be in Russia’s favour. If it comes to a nuclear war, probably, he can imagine what will happen to his family and his friends’ families that live in the West. There is no big risk of a nuclear war, and any other war is hardly probable for Russia. Who will fight against the NATO?" the economist pointed out.
