General provisions

This (the "Site") is operated by a legal entity registered and acting in accordance with the laws of Ukraine (the "Company").

The Company deeply respects the confidential (personal) information of all the people who have visited the Site, as well as those who use the services provided by the Site. Therefore, the Company aims to protect the confidentiality of personal data (information or aggregate data about an identified or identifiable individual), thus creating and ensuring the most comfortable conditions for using the services of the Site for each user.

Collection and use of personal data

When the user uses the services of the Site, the Company processes user data, namely: - data provided by the user both when filling out registration forms and in the process of using the services; - cookies; - IP-address; - Internet browser parameters and settings (User-agent).

The Company only collects personal data (such as your first and last name, username and access password, e-mail address, contact phone number, date of birth, gender, etc.) that you knowingly and voluntarily provided as a subject of personal data for the purposes of using the services of the Site, which, according to legal requirements is the consent of the subject of personal data processing in accordance with the stated purpose of this policy of processing.

When you visit the Site, all logins to the system are recorded. Other information on user traffic is not processed and not stored.

Please note: the Company is limited to collecting the minimum amount of information necessary solely to fulfill the request of the personal data subject. In any case where non-binding information is requested, the user will be notified at the time such information is collected.

The Company does not collect any information the processing of which is legally required, such as information on racial or ethnic origin, political, religious or philosophical beliefs, membership of political parties and trade unions, convictions for crimes or criminal convictions, as well as data on health, sex life, biometric or genetic data (in accordance with Article 7 of the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Personal Data".

The Company collects data on the statistics of visits to the Site. The data may include information on connections, traffic, user's browser, as well as date, time, duration of Internet browsing and staying on the Site.

Processing of personal data

Processing and storage of the provided personal data is performed in data centers, where the equipment, which ensures operation of the Site services, is located. Provided personal data is processed and can be stored in the Database of personal data or in a separate table of the Database of the Site.

Purposes of use of personal data

Your personal data is used in order to ensure the provision of the Website's Internet services, exchange of information / news, relations in the field of advertising and communication in accordance with and pursuant to the laws of Ukraine, including, but not exclusively: "On the protection of personal data", "On ratification Convention for the Protection of Persons with regard to Automatic Processing of Personal Data and the Additional Protocol to the Convention for the Protection of Persons with regard to Automatic Processing of Personal Data regarding supervisory authorities and cross-border data flows, On Information, On Advertising, On Telecommunications, “On the protection of information in information and telecommunication systems”, “On state support for the media and social protection of journalists”, as well as in accordance with the Rules for using the Site and other acts regulating the activities of the Company.

Retention period for personal data

Personal data is stored for a period no longer than is necessary for the purposes of its processing.

Once the data subject ceases to be a user of the Site by deleting their account on the Site, their personal data is also automatically deleted.

Confidentiality of personal data subject's activity on the Site

Information about the user's activity (traffic) on the Site, which passes through the network, or the user's email, is protected in accordance with the law. That is, the Company in no way or manner violates the secrecy of the user's "activity" when the latter uses the services of the Site.

Dissemination of personal data without the consent of the personal data subject or his/her designee is permitted in cases determined by law and only (if necessary) in the interest of national security, economic well-being and human rights.

Terms of access to personal data

The order of access to personal data of third parties is determined by the terms of the user's consent given to the owner of personal data for the processing of that data, or as required by law.

The user has the right to obtain any information about himself from any subject of the relationship related to personal data, provided that the surname, first name and patronymic, place of residence (place of stay) and details of the document certifying the individual making the request, except as required by law.

User access to their personal data is free of charge.

Postponement of user access to his personal data is not allowed.

Postponement of access to third parties' personal data shall be allowed if necessary data cannot be provided within thirty calendar days of receipt of the request. At that, the total term for solution of issues raised in the request cannot exceed forty five calendar days.

Notification about postponement shall be brought to the attention of the third person who submitted the request in written form with explanation of the procedure of appeal of such decision.

Decision on postponement or denial of access to personal data may be appealed to the Ombudsman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine or through the court.

Rights of the subject of personal data

The Company brings to your attention information about your rights as a subject of personal data, which are regulated by the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Personal Data", namely:

to know the sources of collection, the location of your personal data, the purpose of its processing, the location or residence (residence) of the owner or manager of the personal data or to provide appropriate instructions to obtain this information to authorized persons, except as required by law;

obtain information about the conditions of access to personal data, in particular information about third parties to which personal data is transferred;

to have access to his personal data;

to receive not later than thirty calendar days from the date of receipt of the request, except in cases prescribed by law, answer whether personal data is processed, as well as receive the content of such personal data

to submit a motivated request to the personal data owner objecting to processing of his/her personal data

to submit a reasoned request for modification or destruction of his personal data by any owner and manager of the personal data, if the data is processed illegally or is unreliable

to protect their personal data from unlawful processing and accidental loss, destruction, damage due to intentional concealment, failure to provide or untimely provision, as well as protection from the provision of information that is inaccurate or dishonorable, dignity and business reputation of an individual

to appeal with complaints about the processing of their personal data to the Ombudsman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine or to the court;

apply legal remedies in case of violation of legislation on protection of personal data;

to make reservations regarding the limitation of the right to process their personal data at the time of granting consent;

to withdraw the consent to the processing of personal data;

to know the mechanism of automatic processing of personal data;

to be protected against an automated decision that has legal consequences.

This Policy may be amended and supplemented from time to time and without prior notice to the user, including when legislative requirements change.
