The problem of release of Nadezhda Savchenko from the Moscow prison will be solved in a complex with a question concerning all prisoners of war at the political level. It was declared to the GORDON by the ex-Minister of Justice Sergey Golovaty.
"It is a question which has to be solved in a complex concerning all prisoners. Almost nothing depends on Ukraine because it is the Russian or Putin political combination",– Golovaty considers.
"The legal aspect which was thought up by Russia is a legend, therefore there's nothing to be done. It is a game of politics. They lie that it as the member of the Ukrainian delegation in PACE, she has an immunity. The member of Parliamentary assembly of the Council of Europe has no direct immunity. Only the deputy of national parliament has it, and there is no such in PACE. Acquisition of the status of the deputy of national parliament or the member of PACE is not the tool of the decision",– the ex-minister noted.
According to Sergey Golovaty, it is possible to release Savchenko only after negotiations with top-heads of Russia.
"Only the full idiot can hope that Putin will release Nadezhda just like that. It is possible only within negotiations and political requirements, and not even within contact group, but in negotiation process at the highest level",– Golovaty thinks.
